        RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS
        Original works of art are non-returnable. If you purchase a work, and decide that you do not want the artwork, we can work with you to resell the piece on consignment through the gallery. But please know that outright returns at the end of an exhibition, or at any other time, are just not possible. Please also note that once a payment plan has been entered into, we can not back out of or refund any payments.

        ARTWORK PICK-UP AT GALLERY
        All artwork purchased online or in person for pick-up at gallery must be picked up within 6 months of purchase. Any artwork left at gallery over one year from purchase will be considered abandoned and donated. There are no refunds on abandoned work.

        PAYMENT PLANS
        We offer payment plans on select artworks. Deposits on the artwork are strictly non-refundable. The purpose of a deposit is to allow the client sufficient time to make the necessary financial arrangements in order to make full and complete payment.

        Artwork may be reserved on a minimum of a 50% deposit. This secures the artwork for a maximum period of 30 days, unless another agreement has been made. After such time, the gallery reserves the right to put the painting/artwork back up for sale, and to sell it to another client.

        DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
        We take the utmost care in packaging the goods, and only use reliable, professional carriers. Nevertheless, you must examine goods on arrival before signing for them.

        Goods must be moved carefully from packaging as the we accepts no liability for any damage incurred to the artwork during unpackaging. We will not ship a work if the condition is not as dictated by the artist.

        We will refund the full purchase price including postage and packing of an goods which are delivered in a damaged or faulty condition (other than due to failure to follow instructions or misuse). Alternatively, at your option, we will replace the item with the same or a similar product (subject to stock availability). If a product is damaged, please contact us at once and no later than 7 working days of receipt.

        We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement item and to recover the cost of the returns delivery from you in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear.

        EXCHANGES
