YRAK

French artist Yrak (b. 1992) lives and works in Mulhouse.

Trained in mosaics, he transitioned to painting in 2011. He is inspired by poetry, calligraphy and architecture to create colorful and geometric works. His palette of colors with flat areas surrounded by black lines creates a perspective specific to each work.

Starting in graffiti, he has evolved his signature to be included in each of his paintings. The letters Y, R, A and K, are hidden to be found by the viewer.
