Renil

Renil is a graphic project by Siemen Van Gaubergen, whose artistic practice is research based. He investigates the image as a medium in which he tries to explore the tension between systems inherent to language with questions like how to constitute an image and how the process of creation relates to the end result. In Van Gaubergen’s larger practice, self published books, exhibitions and murals take a profound roll. His work has been shown in Leuven, Brussels, Ghent, Barcelona and Lille.
