From Margie:
"To swim involves more than the self. One must be in harmony with the water. To do it well requires surrender to the water, while maintaining fluidity of motion. In life, we may often find ourselves fighting the perceived direction of the current conditions, pushing up against obstacles without gaining momentum, struggling to move forward. But to ride with the natural direction of things can feel much like swimming. When in this mode, one may experience a sense of weightlessness, participating in the journey, yet feeling supported. The natural movement carries the swimmer along."
