Bradley Theodore

Born in Turks & Caicos, Bradley Theodore now lives in New York City, where he is an integrated part of the art scene. Dedicated to making his art accessible for all to see in the streets of cities like New York, London, Los Angeles, Oslo, and Paris, his iconic subjects, painted in bright colors, have become his signature style.

Theodore creates works that fuse street art, fashion, music, and technology. He has worked on murals in the streets of New York and Hong Kong, made cover art for albums, and deployed his painting skills on people, plates, and many other media. His paintings and murals frequently depict celebrities from the fashion world, such as Anna Wintour, Karl Lagerfeld, Kate Moss, and Cara Delevingne.

Theodore’s signature Dia de los Muertos style is instantly recognizable, and his energetic use of color, bold paintbrush strokes and stripped-back skeletal figures. Historical figures and celebrities are stripped to the bone in Theodore’s paintings and murals. His work is showing us that underneath the body lies the soul with a story to tell.
